Customized for your Proprietary Needs
Toll coating and laminating services are available to customers
with proprietary chemistries and/or substrates that require
the benefits and efficiencies of energy-curable technology or vacuum
metallization. Toll coating includes use of our pilot line
coater
for trials requiring smaller volumes or narrow web widths.
Metallizing,
topcoating, or coating of customer-supplied substrates is available
for high volume projects.

Whenever customers opt to send us their
own substrates, they are confident that we can toll coat or metallize

All of MPI's state-of -the art machinery is cleaned and
monitored continuously to maintain spotless and unblemished material.
Even the smallest imperfection or
debris would be identified and evaluated in the Quality Assurance
lab.
Oversized Capacity Rolls
In addition, we offer high speed precision slitting and sheeting
when required once the master rolls are coated. |
